The fermentation center of Yantai Changyu Pioneer Wine Company Limited is the company¡¯s? important section for winemaking and wine storage with the investment of RMB 200 million yuan.
The fermentation center is made up of 4 parts which are crushing and pressing, fermentation storage tanks, laboratory and central control area.
Crushing and pressing procedure introduced pressing machine, grape crushing machine, automatic pipe-transport system, computerized scale system and automatic wine analysis system imported from France. The maximum processing capacity of grape is 2000 tons per day and its annul processing capacity is 30000 tons.
Fermentation center has automatic fermentation and storage tanks with its capacity of 30000 tons. A series of internationally standard equipments like filter apparatus, vacuum extracting machine, diatomite filter, instant freezer, crushing machine, water-cooling system and different wine pumps. The annual wine fermentation capacity is 25000 tons.
The laboratory has some world class apparatuses like wine automatic analyzer, tartar indicator, colorimeter, spectrophotometer, ph meter, centrifuge.
Central control area is the control point of the fermentation center which can monitor and control the quantitative quality, pipe-transport of wine, fermentation process, wine storage and all the equipments.
Changyu fermentation center is the biggest and the most advanced winemaking base in China and even in Asia.
