Every year it recruits nearly 100 fresh graduates across a wide variety of fields including business administration, marketing, I.T., packing design, winery and viticulture. Experts in marketing operation and theory study are often invited to provide lectures to marketing and sales forces, instructing them in advanced marketing concepts. High-potential employees are offered seats in degree programs launched by renowned universities at home and abroad. Every year, an executive delegation is sent to Europe and the USA for study tours and training.
