Maturity and change of wines requires a light-proof and shake-proof environment with constant temperature and constant humidity. Natural temperature in light-proof and shake-proof cellars is maintained within 12-18℃throughout the year and the relative air humidity is within 70%-85%, superbly suitable for wine ageing.
